You can access your personal health records, view appointments, schedule video visits, review test results and communicate with your provider from any computer, tablet or smartphone device.

If you manage the health of a patient, please talk to the patient's healthcare provider during the next visit to receive a personal invitation to MyMCH.

Your MyMCH account is secure, and only you can access your private information. If you have a previous log-in from MyMCH Records, you will use the same password to log-in!
